If you would like to make an exchange or return an unopened product, please contact our customer service team at +1 (310) 366-7121 within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept products that have been opened or used. Items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return has been approved, it will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please clearly label the outside of the return shipping box with the RMA number provided. Returns made without prior approval will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Please note: you will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse.

Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which the product was originally purchased.
If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.
