Refund policy

USA SHIPPING

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped once it is processed and you will receive tracking details upon shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item please report it to us by emailing breenlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days from the delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect or missing items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For delivery outside of the US, shipping fees and timeframes will be calculated at check-out based on the delivery address provided.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please email us at breenlabs@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not been processed or shipped.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to help you return or exchange your items within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.

We provide refunds for orders purchased on www.breenlabs.com only. If you purchased Breen Labs from one of our authorized retailers, please reach out to them for assistance with your return.

Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Sets or collections must be returned in their entirety. Special orders and sale items are excluded. Items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, accessories, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, some health and personal care items, bulk ingredients, or hydrogen peroxide.

Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which the product was originally purchased. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.

INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please submit an email with your complete order info to us at breenlabs@gmail.com. Returns made without prior approval will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

When returning an item, package goods securely and keep a record of your return method. Please include a copy of your original order with your return. Send tracking information to breenlabs@gmail.com. We will not be responsible if items are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT

Shipments that are refused by the customer will be issued a refund for the amount of items in the order, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer and/or Breen Laboratories (Breen Labs). These fees include, but are not limited to, any costs incurred to ship the order to the customer, and the shipping company's costs to ship the order back to Breen Laboratories (Breen Labs). Please note that refunds will only be issued once the refused shipment has been received by Breen Laboratories (Breen Labs). If the total shipping costs incurred by Breen Laboratories (Breen Labs)is greater than the amount paid for the product(s), you will not receive a refund.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
